Who says you can’t have a s’more on a stick? This tasty treat involves the same steps you would take to make a s’more, but with a twist.
Things you’ll need:
- Graham crackers
- Pre-melted chocolate
- Chocolate chips
- Lollipop sticks
Now we all know how to make a s’more and if you don’t then that’s fine as well! We’re going to start by lining up our graham crackers on our baking sheet. On one side put a marshmallow on a cracker and now add some chocolate chips on the other side of the cracker. Once that’s done we’re going to put them in the oven at about 400 degrees for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on it, let the chocolate melt and the marshmallows reach your desired shade of brown, pull them out of the oven.
We’re going to insert a lollipop stick into the marshmallow and then place the graham cracker with chocolate onto of the cracker with the marshmallow.
Now with our pre-melted chocolate we’re going to dip our s’more pops. You can use a spoon to cover the whole treat to make it easier.
Now decorate your s’more pops with anything you’d like! Add sprinkles and leave them out until the chocolate has hardened enough and enjoy!
